Details you send us through our contact, event request, employment and wholesale forms — your name, email, phone and message. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, we also receive standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.
To answer your inquiry, route it to the right location team, fulfill wholesale and event requests, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your personal information.
Orders are placed through our ordering partner's platform. Payment and order details are handled by that provider under its own privacy policy; we never see your card information.

Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, and are stored on access-controlled infrastructure.
